In 2017, Jingzhou Association forScience and Technology invited academicians such as Li Xiaohong, Fan Mingwu, YeShenghua, Zhu Yingguo, Chen Huanchun, Zhang Qifa, Cao Wenxuan, Gui Jianfang aswell as more than 40 high-level experts of “National Talent Development Plan”and “Hubei Provincial Talent Development Plan” to have communication withJingzhou companies; joined hands with Organizational Department of the CPC JingzhouMunicipal Committee and Talent Office of Municipal Party Committee to performactivities such as “Talent Development Plan” and “HOME Program” to invite 24Chinese and overseas experts to come to Jingzhou to seek common innovative development.20 companies including Jingzhou Mind Science and Technology Co., Ltd signedcooperation intention agreements with experts of “Talent Development Plan” and “HOMEProgram”.

It is said that, among all 55 workstations of academicians and experts, there are 42 provincial-level workstations of academicians and experts and 13 municipal-level work stations ofacademicians and experts. Academicians and Experts Work Station of JingzhouMind Science and Technology Co., Ltd has been elected as “Hubei ProvincialDemonstration Work Station of Academicians and Experts”.
